Beginning Leg Day
I absolutely
love training legs. There’s something about it that makes me feel strong and it's easy for me to see progress quickly. If you’re not quite sure where to start on a leg day, this is the post for you! I’ve
gone through some of the most basic leg exercises that are included in almost
all of my workouts and provided a few tips for you guys that will help you get
the most out of every rep.

Leg days are my favorite too! These are some great workouts and you gave great visuals, explanations, and tips. The burnouts at the end of your workout looked hard, but it's definitely something I will need to try. I'll look forward to your next blog post about arm workouts, I've always hated working out my noodle arms and I feel like I never see much progress.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I never enjoy working out my arms either, but after I do it I feel better because I know it's something I should be doing. :) The progress can be slow, but as long as you stay consistent, change will happen!
